Adaptation of the Spanish format ¿Quién quiere casarse con mi hijo?, “Mammoni. Chi vuole sposare mio figlio?” is a docureality that bets with on of the funniest Italian stereotypes. Five bachelors try to find their soul-mates among a group of potential suitors, taking advantage from their mothers’ advices. Throughout the whole show, the suitors will live together with the mothers in a villa, while the sons will live elsewhere in a dependence. Along the six episodes, the cameras of Mammoni are witnesses of the life of each participant to show to the public all the lovely gestures and involuntary blackmails that inextricably bind mother and son. The mama’s boys will meet eight suitors and they will have to reduce constantly their number through eliminations. In each phase of the program, mothers will have the chance to give their point of view about the potential girlfriends. In the end, however, it will be only up to the sons to choose the right one.
